Attwater Bringing 1200 New Homes to Waller
Home builders are sharpening their saws as home construction begins in Attwater, a new community that have 1,200 houses upon completion. “Attwater will deliver the ideal blend of a quaint rural setting and a prime location that will have residents able to easily get to employment centers in The Woodlands or the Energy Corridor,” said Alex Kamkar, Managing Shareholder of Bold Fox Development, which is developing the community. “I expect our price point from the low $300,000s to also be attractive for the region, opening the door to homeownership for more people.”
