Empire Communities, known for their housing projects in the Mueller area, has introduced two new home models and a series of floor plans, now available for public viewing in the Goodnight Ranch community in southeast Austin. In the first collection, future homes will range from 1,905 to 2,340 square feet. The three-story designs will feature three- and four-bedroom spaces. The concept places six houses along one shared driveway, forming a small “neighborhood niche,” according to a news release.
