Empire Communities is expanding its presence in San Marcos, recently closing on 46 homesites in the residential community of Trace that will showcase new floor plans for the builder. Empire has 31 50-foot homesites in Trace where it will build its new Empire Texas Series. The one- and two-story designs range from 1,911 to 3,249 square feet and offer three to four bedrooms and two to 3.5 bathrooms. Pricing will be from the mid $300,000s.
